The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) featured a surprise appearance today by hip-hop sensation Silentó at its Fall 2015 Orientation, held at the Savannah Civic Center,301 W Oglethorpe Ave.
The 17-year-old Atlantan and Capitol Records recording artist closed out the welcome session by performing his viral hit “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” to nearly 4,000 SCAD guests. More than 200 million viewers have watched the official video on YouTube since it was posted on June 25, 2015.
