Two-time PBR World Champion J.B. Mauney (2013, 2015) become the first $6 million man in the PBR and the richest Western sports athlete in history after winning $1,197,500 at the 2015 PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals. When adding his total 2015 PBR earnings of $1,540,942 to his previous career earnings, Mauney has won $6,708,479 in his career. Mauney’s 92.5-point ride on Bruiser in Round 4 on Saturday punctuated the title for the 28-year-old from Mooresville, North Carolina.
