New York Giants stars Eli Manning and Saquon Barkley teamed up with Visa to tackle money management skills with Visa’s newest “Financial Football” game, a free video game available through iOS, Android apps and online for ages 11 and up. The latest version features improved 3D graphics and enhanced game play.
Eli and Saquon hosted more than 100 high school students at MetLife Stadium today to officially launch the new version of the Financial Football video game. The players coached a head-to-head game competition, and led students through skills and drills focused on personal finance.
With one-in-five teenage students in the United States lacking basic financial skills, Visa has teamed up with the NFL to emphasize financial responsibility at a young age. With the launch of the game, Visa is making financial education accessible to everyone. Visa has partnered with state governments across the country to co-brand and distribute free copies of the game to every public middle and high school., Visa is also launching a mobile-friendly version of the game. The game can be played online at financialfootball.com or downloaded on any computer or mobile device as a free app.
