Smithfield donated 50,000 pounds of protein to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank on Wednesday, March 23. This donation will help to ensure that food-insecure individuals and families in the Los Angeles area have a protein-rich meal for the upcoming Easter holiday.
Joining Smithfield for this donation, celebrity chef Ingrid Hoffmann was present to discuss the importance of providing assistance to our neighbors in need, and help raise the awareness of food insecurity.
